Ms. Michelle Lam

Ms. Michelle Lam is currently Senior Director, Sustainability & Communications at Kerry Properties, Michelle brings to her role extensive experience and international exposure in the real estate and travel sectors. She oversees the company’s sustainability, corporate and marketing communications, and stakeholder engagement functions. 
 
In her role as the sustainability team head, Michelle is tasked with leading the company’s work on tackling climate change and various sustainability-related issues, including the development of Vision 2030 to drive the organization’s UNSDGs-aligned sustainability roadmap. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, she is involved equally in sustainability policy and strategy development, as well the company’s raft of green and social endeavours. 
 
Michelle manages the company’s sustainability accreditation, benchmarking and reporting. Through effective stakeholder communication and engagement, she helps create shared value and positive impact in the wider community. Peer recognition of the company’s award-winning Sustainability Report has also reflected the value of clear, relevant and transparent messaging as a priority for every organisation.
