Mr. Victor Kwong is a seasoned sustainability and safety professional with over 40 years of experience in corporate sustainability, environmental protection, energy efficiency, occupational health and safety, fire protection, and crisis management. He served as General Manager – Corporate Sustainability at Towngas until his retirement in 2022.
Mr. Kwong is the Board Member and Committee Chairman of several green NGOs, contributing to Hong Kong’s environmental and safety development. He was also the Founding President of The Hong Kong Federation of Occupational Safety and Health Associations. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives to enhance corporate sustainability and safety performance through robust risk management systems, energy-saving programs, carbon reduction strategies, and climate change adaptation measures. His leadership continues to influence sustainable practices across industries and promote a culture of environmental responsibility and workplace safety.
